I have been living in OCG for over 20 years and here are some of the reasons why: A) excellent communication between office management and maintenance dept. which make repairs and other issues handled in a timely fashion. B) the laundry facility is large, bright and clean. C) the grounds are well kept and are beautifully decorated for the holidays. D) there is a large playground area for children. The house is very old
Same old apartments, changed the name. I lived there from 1981-1983. It was called Prince Cole Apartments then. It was a roach and drug infested apartment complex back then. After reading the reviews, doesn't surprise me at all that it's the same as it was 20+ years ago
