I was a bit hesitant about moving in based on the reviews and comments I had read. But guess what? The apartment was surprisingly well-built, clean, and maintained. There were a few minor issues that I had to call the office about, but they were super friendly and quick to fix them. The office staff was also really helpful and welcoming, especially Mr. Martinez. Beautiful community safe for children, security available 24/7 and Adrian is the best at the office always helpful lived there for more than 7 years my 2nd home in US, Thank you Centerville garden staff member.
Lived here for 7 years and was able to make it my home. Management has always been upfront and polite during all interactions. All ease of access features to the hub portal fit into hectic day to day life here in the DMV. All amenities are essential and the have parking permits so no one can take up spaces! By far the easiest and best choice I have made so far and I know I’ll always have a place here!
I’ve been at OCG for over a year. It is affordable, comfortable, mostly quiet, safe, and friendly. The units are old, but well maintained. (I’ve never had an issue with bugs, but I’m sure they’d take care of it if I did). The playgrounds are great for kids (lots of kids in the neighborhood). The grounds and buildings are constantly getting maintenance. For an affordable place in Manassas, it’s a nice place to live. My only complaint would be the limited parking, but it’s manageable.
This is a great community to live in for many reasons. Close to DC for those that commute or enjoy museums and close to Shenandoah Valley for those that enjoy hiking. Nova community college and George Mason campus' are nearby. Very kid friendly community with large outdoor play structures and basketball court, plus the monthly family activities like summer outdoor movies.
