Jim is an absolute mensch! I couldn't get my car to start after replacing the key fob battery and was at my wits end after spending an hour trying everything I could. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone with me and got me back on the road in no time. He handled the situation with kindness, patience, and professionalism and I cannot recommend him enough!
I reached out for a key to be programed. I had the original. The spare (that needed to be programed) was already cut. Was priced $125 for programming the key, no fob just a key. Reached out to other local locksmiths. Ended up getting my key programed for $60. They responded quickly to my voicemail and were polite.
New duplicate keys we had made worked better than my old worn-out keys and Jim made some great suggestions for some keys that actually saved me money.
He couldn’t do the job, but he gave me some good information and an alternative source
Jim really saved me! I had an appointment with him at 4 PM to get a new key fob made, but my car would not start. I called Jim, And he was able to come to me to jumpstart my car and cut the key right where I was stranded. Excellent service, great communication, and amazing value!!
