I loved my experience at Old Betsy Dental of Joshua, the staff was very kind & made me feel at ease. My dentist, Dr. Scruggs was thorough & comforting, he took his time & explained everything ahead of time & while he was performing the procedure. I was recommended to this place & have already recommended it to someone else. I'm so grateful I found this place & plan on having a few more procedures done here, as well as, making them my permanent dental office.

Extremely pleasant. Ally greeted me and showed empathy for my tooth pain. She was phenomenal and extremely kind. Offering me coffee and explaining what options I had for dental care. It was an extremely caring experience. Also the office esthetic has a great cozy home feel. I really enjoyed the visitation.
My husband had an appt for a cleaning in August, they cancelled at the last minute and actually told him they couldn't get him in until November. I mean typically if the office cancels your appt at the last minute, most try to find a way to fit you in asap. Not this place! They told him they couldn't get him in until mid November, so that's what he did, booked his cleaning for mid November. Low and behold they call two days before his appt and cancel AGAIN.
