I heard nothing but good things about Old Betsy. Today's experience confirmed them. Annie was very with her explanations. She checked constantly to make sure I wasn't in any pain. She knew I had anxiety due to bad dental experience. And she didn't dismiss them. I have another appointment in 2 weeks. Thank you Annie for being so patient.
I go to the Joshua location. Everyone is wonderful from the moment you walk in the door.
Had an emergency and they were able to get me right in !! Dr. Argyle and staff fixed the problem in one visit!!
So impressed with the service of this team! The boost my confidence. They give me time and space to ask questions. They share new ideas and holistic approaches. And I leave with a (better) smile every time.
Wisdom teeth are coming out. When I called the first thing they did was briefly put me on hold. I explained my issue and they quoted me $300 for a basic xray and exam. $300?! I've never been quoted this much for a 40 minute exam. Yikes, then the lady tries to upsell me services I don't want. Granted I don't have dental insurance, but that's solely because I take routine care of my teeth. Insurance isn't worth the one, maybe two checkups every 4 years.
