My new patient appointment was at 11:00 and i arrived at 10:45 as requested by the front office staff upon scheduling and confirming my appointment. I was still sitting in the waiting room at 11:45 without being seen at all. I wasn't warned when I checked in that I would have over an hour wait just to be seen. And when I told the lady at the front desk that I had been waiting an hour she didn't seem apologetic or have any kind of explanation (maybe someone called out and they're running behind because of it). I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dental procedures due to a bad experience in my past. I had a dental emergency and had a tooth break off in my gums. Dr. Bennion and Ashlea were amazing at keeping me calm from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out the door. He numbed me and I never felt it. They both were very passionate about how I was feeling every moment that I was there. I will be switching to them for my primary dentist. Amazing staff very friendly and empathetic.
Terrific place. Very helpful and accommodating and pleasant to be around. I've had complicated denture work and they have worked on it for me several times making sure that it was going to be correct and I would be happy with them. Dr Argyle and Ashley worked with me today and we're both really dedicated to making sure that I was satisfied and comfortable. All the people there are helpful and it's a pleasure to see them when I go. I recommend them highly! Thank you, Jeff Naismith
