Very friendly service!
Called many times during office hours, no answer. Bathroom that is supposed to be available on site was locked with no one inside. Phone app to open gate and pay is clunky. So far pretty disappointing. There’s gotta be someone available during posted hours at a business where you’re paying for service. Basic.
Petra provided great customer service and made sure I was happy with the storage unit. She provided quick and comprehensive instructions. Much appreciated.
Awful place. Creepy, nosey manager Petra will follow you around. Sure you'll get a discount for moving in. After that, be prepared for a 100% increase in rent. Beware.
