We moved our grandson in today and his apartment was just filthy. Carpets were so dirty and had not even been vacuumed. Sink was piled with dirty dishes. Bathroom was sickeningly. It’s one of the most expensive apartments and you’d expect it to be professionally clean. It was dishusting. They’d better make it right

Aspen Ridge Management? More like Aspen Rip-off Management. Where do I even begin with this nightmare of a property management company? Let's start with their favorite pastime: nickel-and-diming tenants for every little thing. Breathed too hard in your apartment? That'll be a $50 fee. Looked at the walls funny? Another $30. I’ve never been more displeased with a management company. Aspen Ridge will do anything possible to suck more and more money out of you. Their cleaning checks are a joke; don’t even try cleaning because no matter what you do they will not pass you. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to live.

This place has a few benefits, but they do not outweigh the negatives. To be clear, I don't live here, but my fiancee and all her friends do. I'm here every single day. Here are the issues with Old Academy... 1. The neighbors. People frequently will run around outside, yelling at each other at 1am. Just screaming and being overly loud. Also there were MULTIPLE instances of people lighting FIREWORKS on the premises at random times, late at night, including in the elevator. Good area, next to bus and library, but management is really difficult. There’s a lot of hidden fees and you need to pay for parking. Might as well sell your car and use the bus or find a different place to live.
