I saw a car of theirs on OfferUp. I messaged them and they didn’t respond for 24 hours. Both OfferUp and Google shows that they’re open 10 to 4 so I drove in to their facility, which was closed. I called their listed number on google and left a vm with no response. The next day I was in the area so stopped by during business hours, and again it was locked up. Bill, Aaron, and Renee make a terrific team. Recently drove over 6 hours to buy through them. They were fully transparent, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive throughout the process. They helped me figure out the out-of-state paperwork, and arranged to have a second key made. Didn’t hurt that the car was a great deal!
