I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Subaru of Olathe. What should have been an exciting car-buying experience was instead frustrating and uncomfortable. The salesperson made me feel small simply for asking about negotiating the price. He responded in a demeaning way, saying that if he could give me $500 off, he would give everyone $500 off. Hands down the BEST car dealership out there! If you’re looking for a new car, put Subaru of Olathe at the top of your list. You will not regret it with all their knowledgeable and helpful staff; plus with everything Subaru has to offer. They truly put their customers first. Jen on the sales team went above and beyond for me! I am so glad I went with Subaru of Olathe and got the perfect and extremely reliable vehicle!
I brought my 2020 Impreza to Subaru of Olathe in April 2026 and specifically asked for a thorough inspection because I wanted this car to last another 100,000 miles. I spent $3,589.64 and approved every single thing they recommended. Three months and about 4,200 miles later, the engine was destroyed. Went for service. There was a great deal of confusion, they had my car for a month and only fixed 1 of the problems and charged me 1000 dollars. And they left standing water in my car for a month. And 1 of my tires had 18 pounds of air in it when I finally got my car back. I do not recommend this business. Carly is very nice though.
