Beautiful facility, professional and friendly service
I am 85 years old. I have purchased many automobiles in my time from here to Florida. I have never dealt with a dealership that would begin to compare with Olathe Subaru. I purchased a new Crosstrek and this dealership was very fair . The salespeople were very nice, helpful but not high pressure. The place is immaculately clean even the service department. I highly recommend Olathe Subaru to anyone that is in the market to buy or trade.
Purchased gap insurance when I bought my Suburu in 2020. Sold it in November of 2024. Been trying to get my gap insurance refund since February. None of the sales team seems to have an answer for me.
We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of purchasing a new vehicle. In the past we have always been on edge having to deal with the possibility of spending hours negotiating and battling with people to obtain a reasonable price point we could live with. However this time it was so much different. We were in and out within an hour and a half with a new vehicle and something we could afford to purchase.
