We arrived at Olathe Subaru to look at a couple vehicle. Jen meet us at the door and opened door for us. greeting us and asked what she could do for us. we advised Jen we wanted to look at couple cars they had. She asked which ones. she pulled up both vehicles and answered any questions we had on them. She then got the first one for us too look at. This is our third Subaru, but our first time buying from Subaru of Olathe—and it definitely won’t be our last. We worked with Derrion and Austin on purchasing a new Forester, and they made the entire experience easy and seamless. We love Subaru vehicles, but Derrion and Austin are the reason we’ll be buying from Subaru of Olathe from now on. Their professionalism, friendliness, and care for the customer set their store apart from other dealers we’ve bought from. Highly recommend Subaru of Olathe.
This is by far the nicest car dealership I have ever dealt with. They're extremely helpful and honest, the process always goes smoothly (buying or service). The waiting lobby is like a nice hotel. they have snacks and drinks and keep you posted during the entire service process. I love Subaru cars, but this dealer makes the whole experience worth checking out Subaru if you're thinking of buying one of their cars.
Great experience. No pressure. No dealer fees. Louis was my sales person and Shannon was the finance manager. I did my research before hand and test drove a brand new Cross Trek. I bought a blue sport model fully loaded. Excellent vehicle. Dealership is so clean and they have lots of snacks and different beverages. I walked the building and visited the service area. Had engine vibration and rattling noise 3 days post oil change at Van Subaru. Thought they messed something up. Took my car here and Mike found the issue within 5 minutes. A squirrel had a walnut stuck under my engine. Says he sees it all the time. They didn’t charge me anything and even washed my car. Had a great experience here and can’t thank the Mike and the team enough.
