My recent experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. I visited specifically to obtain two referrals that were discussed during my appointment and was assured both would be handled promptly. It has now been 7 business days — about a week and a half — and I have received no follow-up, no calls, and no confirmation that anything was completed. I visited this clinic many years ago and had an excellent experience with the doctors at that time. However, during my recent visit with Dr. Cooke, I was deeply disappointed by the level of care I received. Due to my anxiety in medical settings, I brought typed notes to help me clearly explain the reason for my visit. Despite this, Dr. Cooke examined me for less than a minute and spent most of the appointment focused on his computer screen. If I could leave a negative review, I would. I arrived at 3:15 for a 3:20 appointment that have waited more than a month for. I was to have a possible fracture in my foot looked at and to have my prescription refilled. The lady at the front desk informed me that the "doctor" cobine was not going to see me, before proceeding to lie to me saying I was 17 minutes late. You people should be ashamed of yourselves, calling yourselves healers is a disservice to real professionals everywhere. You are not professionals, you are fraud... read more
