Dr. Supalla has been a fantastic doctor for myself and my 3 children! She cares and listens, we’re so grateful to have her here in Lousiburg!
Our son was diagnosed with pneumonia and rheno virus and spent some time in the ER.. his sister was sick around the same time so we thought she may have caught what he had. We did a Tele health visit and DR prescribed her amoxicillin . She was on them for 3 days and it didn’t seem like it was touching it and our main concern was from her not sleeping and coughing so hard to where she wants to vomit, which, as an adult that happens to me sometimes. Very caring and efficient staff.
Nothing against the staff, my doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I'm not a fan of the way business is conducted. KU recently took over and I never was sent my lab results, no one sent my prescription to the pharmacy, and seriously, $300 for a visit where they did very little. Not a fan. Looking for a new direct care physician because KU plays the "charge as much as possible because insurance will pay it" game.
