Brought my truck in for an oil change, recalls, and to replace a TPMS sensor which had obviously failed. Got a text/call saying that “We found a one of your TPMS sensors is out we could replace it for $205.59 but this will most likely not happen til tomorrow. I need my vehicle so I declined and said I would reschedule. I said that reluctantly considering I literally brought my vehicle in to have it replaced. I was told by a non Ford mechanic that my 2018 Ford Edge needed a new engine. I reached out to Kaleb who was my sales rep. When I purchased the car 3 years ago. Kaleb encouraged me to bring it in for. 2nd opinion. Matt got me in right away. The problem was with the transmission not the engine. I got a loaner car while the part was on order.
