I've gave olathe Ford another chance I was told to.make a appointment and they could do the recall and oil change at the same time so a little over a hour to get it done I made the appointment 8:40 am so early I called at 1pm and it just so happened to get done when my guy ( Jason ) to get back from lunch yeah right 4.5 hours later then when I picked it up 15 minutes to get my truck had to call it over the radio a few times when no body else waiting I always try and give my local businesses the work makes since this place wi... read more

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years. I’ve had a pretty good experience overall, and it is super convenient. So close to home that I can often walk home and do other things, and walk back when my car is ready - if I want to! But, they also offer rides. I want to give a couple of people in the service department a shout-out. I apologize if I don’t get the spelling right. J.R.
