As a frequent flyer at the Olathe Ford body shop (Always due to other people’s lack of attention to driving), I would never dream of going anywhere else. For years, I dealt with Brad Phipps as my estimator and now he is the manager of the shop and always helpful — Always willing to explain things. Outstanding service and communication with the Body Shop and specifically Brad Phipps. They worked the vehicle in on my time with our vacation to minimize the inconvenience of not having a vehicle. It was ready and waiting when we got home and looks brand new again, with zero signs of any hail damage.

I would strongly advise avoiding Olathe Ford’s repair/ body department. After being rear-ended in February, the experience has been one disappointment after another. Initially, they claimed they didn’t have my insurance information and attempted to charge me a deductible that I did not owe. Once that was sorted out, they never contacted us when the necessary parts arrived, which created unnecessary issues and additional expenses with our rental car. David Campbell was great to work with during the process of our hail damaged vehicle. He was easy to communicate with and followed through. I highly recommend this body shop.

Olathe Ford did excellent work and in a timely manner. Fixed the bumper, the grill, and the hood looks brand new. They got the paint to match perfectly and made the whole fender bender like it never happened at all. They kept me well informed and had the job done in the time they quoted me.
