I purchased a groupon for an adjustment. After the session I asked how much my insurance will cover so I can come back every month. Doctor told me to leave my insurance card info and someone will call me back about the cost. First of,NOBODY called me back. And then a month later I got a BILL in the mail that I owe them $75 for the adjustment I had the last time I was there.
