Visit this office on 9-14-22 receptionist had a very nasty attitude she was being loud with me when checking in wasn’t friendly spoke with office manager she was taking up for the receptionist this office needs different office staff if you’re looking for a dermatologist I wouldn’t suggest this location staff an office manager clearly doesn’t treat patients like they should .
I have seen both Dr OLANSKY and Dr Ily. Both are fantastic. They are caring, professional, and excellent. They called me the evening after the procedure to make sure I we alright. Their staf is the best! Their PA Julia has X ray vision and really helped me and has a great sense of humor. I would not go anywhere else and I highly recommend them. I have several friends who go there as well and really love them.
Dr saw me for less than 5 minutes. Said could not help with hand issues. Dr never even looked at the issue. So I said while I’m here why not looked a t other issues on body. Totally ignored. Dr left and office collected my $. Later called office manager. He said he would Call me back with a resolution in 1 to 2 days. 2 weeks later and have heard nothing.
What a great group of people!! Dr. Olansky was super nice, explained everything he was planning to perform and even called me the night of my procedure to see how I was doing. The nurse, Jasmine, was fantastic as well and had me in and out very quickly! Above and beyond what you would expect from most doctor's offices.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady answering the phone could have cared less about making an appointment.
