Kristin Gregory gave me a skin treatment for dark skin spot that was for treating eczema. It dried my skin to the point of flacking off with no improvement for the skin discoloration. She then prescribed a cream ( Pimecrolimus cream) the turns out doesn't treat dark skin it is for eczema and can cause cancer.
‘It is amazing to me how the Olansky Organization is so bad at communication but good at dermatology. It would be awesome if they had someone on staff who had a grasp of UX. I think they aspire to “somewhat adequate” communication rather than best practices.
