Both Dr Ajayi's PA [...], MA [...], and the Dr himself are each very good at listening to the patient, and providing recommendations to patient while maintaining an open ear to patient feedback and concerns - then addressing those concerns efficiently -- and not just ignoring them as maybe some providers (or their PA/MA support team) might due to lack of time ( overworked) or lack of communication skills, or simply lack of compassion/humility (calloused over time).
