I’ve been a patient at Overlake for many years and have seen plenty of doctors, but I have never had an experience as unacceptable as the one I had with Dr. Akinsanuya. He was cold, dismissive, and showed absolutely no bedside manner. He made no effort to understand the reason for my visit and clearly hadn’t bothered to review my chart or medical history.
