Writing this review on behalf of my mom and aunt. They won a civil suit against John Foley. He practiced without a license, did not get the proper permits for remodel and did not finish the job he was paid to do. He also has not paid the money he now legally owes. Similar situation to a lot of these reviews, he took the money up front and disappeared. Please stay away from this company and John Foley.
We were rushing an outdoor concrete demolition/firepit project before a party I had the next week. John contacted me back right away, and even though he had a busy schedule, he fit us in and finished the project within a few days. He even went above and beyond in additional requests we had including moving and hauling a small unwanted tree and painting our shutters last minute. He was very accommodating and professional. We will definitely be using him for future projects and recommending him to others.
