I just want to thank Oscar & his team for the work done on my property. They tackled my project when no other contractor would & I'm beyond grateful! Oscar explained everything in detail...crew worked really hard & got the job done without any issues. I'll definitely be recommending O & L to family and friends. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Poor customer service/professionalism. O&L General Contractors during our HUD 203K rehabilitation project and provides context for our request for legal guidance. Contract Inconsistencies Throughout the project, the General Contractor repeatedly stated that he had no contract in place. Recently, he presented two new contracts and requested that we sign them. Oscar and his team did an incredible job helping us transform our full kitchen remodel! He guided us throughout the process while helping us visualize what we wanted and brought it to life. He set a very realistic timeline and completed the job prior to the deadline, which was 3 weeks! They had an open line of communication and addressed any concerns with us, especially if anything unexpected came up. I would 100% recommend anyone that’s looking for a home renovation to inquire with O&L!
