I’ve been a long-standing customer in the past, but this recent experience was disappointing. While pricing was discussed beforehand, I believed the door would be repaired during the visit and was not informed that the technician did not have openers on the truck. Scheduling changed multiple times, with arrival windows shifting and the technician ultimately arriving much later than communicated. O&L installed our new door when we bought our house and installed a new opener recently. Every interaction we have had with them has been strangely hostile and their work has been sub par. The new opener stopped working within days. We called O&L to come back out and they blamed us for breaking it- when we explained the situation the guy said, “thought I almost had ya”- for whatever reason he wanted to catch us in a lie when we were paying them to come and fix the garage door…which is their job?
