I had a great experience with this company. I contacted several companies who just wanted to sell me a new door. OL Door and their tech Mike came out, was very professional and was able to fix my door. He discussed with me some of my options and how he would be able to resolve the issues without excessive costs. My door works great now.
I’ve been a long-standing customer in the past, but this recent experience was disappointing. While pricing was discussed beforehand, I believed the door would be repaired during the visit and was not informed that the technician did not have openers on the truck. Scheduling changed multiple times, with arrival windows shifting and the technician ultimately arriving much later than communicated. O&L installed our new door when we bought our house and installed a new opener recently. Every interaction we have had with them has been strangely hostile and their work has been sub par. The new opener stopped working within days. We called O&L to come back out and they blamed us for breaking it- when we explained the situation the guy said, “thought I almost had ya”- for whatever reason he wanted to catch us in a lie when we were paying them to come and fix the garage door…which is their job?
