I usually don't write reviews, and when I do, the 1-star rating is not out of emotional spite. We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ogbonna. We had two annual checkup appointments for my two children, scheduled for both 12:40 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. We arrived on time for the first appointment. After waiting for thirty minutes, we went up to the front desk and were informed that the Dr. Ogbonna was "running late" but were given no further explanation or estimated time frame. Best Dr appointment I’ve had in years. She was informative and personable, honest and real, incredibly informative and communicative, and created a plan with me to discuss other issues. I’m so thankful!
