Matt was so friendly and worked quickly. Replaced a few hinges and rollers on my door after they had broken. Very fair price too! Update: another part of the garage door broke and Matt came right away to check it out. Came back 2 days later to fix it. He is awesome and very flexible and friendly.
OKV was easy to work with! He was prompt in his service time, kept me informed and set perfect expectations of deliveries and install times, and was professional and courteous. All rare these days! Happily recommend OKV to anyone !

Matt was exceptional in responding quickly when the spring broke. He also found the bearings on the rollers were shot and also a cable. When he replaced the cable he was very diligent in tracking down a squeak that most would just ignore. Highly recommend him
