This is a great company to deal with. Matt came a few months ago and was able to make repairs on our door that the original contractor had messed up. The main source of the problem is the motor was not powerful enough to lift up our door. He came at a later date and did an excellent job on installation and he replaced the edging around the door, which was poorly done.

Needed a replacement opener for my garage in Lake Country. Matt was so friendly and worked quickly. Replaced a few hinges and rollers on my door after they had broken. Very fair price too! Update: another part of the garage door broke and Matt came right away to check it out. Came back 2 days later to fix it. He is awesome and very flexible and friendly.

OKV was easy to work with! He was prompt in his service time, kept me informed and set perfect expectations of deliveries and install times, and was professional and courteous. All rare these days! Happily recommend OKV to anyone !
