It's been nine years since I've left a review, but after recent visits, I must again leave a 5 star review for Dr. Okubo and his staff.My son's orthodontic needs are immediately met with kindness and compassion, with Dr. Okubo really listening to my son, and his unique needs. I cannot tell you how much he truly cares for the well being of others. He went out of his way, including staying and working on my son's teeth for two hours past even closing time. I am so disappointed with my experience with both of my children at Okubo Orthodontics. I had to pull my son mid-way through his treatment and wished I had done the same with my daughter. I am now having to re-treat her elsewhere with no more orthodontic insurance money left. Not only were the results poor, but the management of my account was just as bad. I ended up paying over 2x more than we originally discussed and I ended up with a poor cosmetic AND functional outcome which will cause many dental issues in the future if... read more
