You'll have a great time calling CAD OKTA sales, and listening to the repetitive stop greeting person, zero music, just the same, "thank you for calling OKTA, the leader in identity access management. A sales agent will be with you shortly." Calling the American 1800 line is better, throwing in 12 seconds of music between repeat greetings, in that 12 seconds the music restarts 3 times. They clearly don't respect new clients.
This Big Tech Establishment company is ridiculous and totally unnecessary. Their 2 main services are MFA and SSO with Directory Services. You can download MFA apps for free online. And use open source LDAP for free, or leverage Active Directory with SSO. It's amazing people actually pay for this. That they have any market share, reeks of dishonesty and corrupt or ignorant corporate leadership.
