I took my golden retriever to Oksana Elegant Grooming Pet Salon in San Ramon, California to be groomed on 8/22/15. He was fine when I dropped him off, but when I returned to pick him up five hours later he was clearly in distress. It appeared to me as if my dog had two back broken legs: his gait was almost hopping-like and his tail was dragging on the ground. I took him to the emergency vet immediately from Oksana's. My Shi Tzu looks wonderful after a few hours at Oksanas. My dog is always very excited and happy to run in for her time at Oksanas. Dog also has her teeth brushed.
