I had a situation that initially caused some concern, but I was genuinely impressed with how the clinic handled everything. They reached out to me, listened carefully, and were very kind and professional throughout the process. I really felt that they care about their patients. Special thanks to Dr. Oksana Buryadnyk — she is very professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. I had a great experience with her. Thank you for your care and support — truly appreciated.

I was not abusive or disrespectful, frustrated, yes, but the unprofessional behavior of your staff was unwarranted. Please stop making excuses for her. I was also hung up on today and told the office never prescribed a medication for my father when I'm looking at the bottle with Dr. Oksana's name on it. I never write reviews, but this office staff has been extremely unprofessional every single time I have called there for the last two years.

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist/customer service at this medical clinic. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was not Russian-speaking, which made communication difficult, and instead of trying to help or show any patience, she was dismissive and unprofessional. To make things worse, she hung up on me in the middle of the call.
