I was not abusive or disrespectful, frustrated, yes, but the unprofessional behavior of your staff was unwarranted. Please stop making excuses for her. I was also hung up on today and told the office never prescribed a medication for my father when I'm looking at the bottle with Dr. Oksana's name on it. I never write reviews, but this office staff has been extremely unprofessional every single time I have called there for the last two years.

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist/customer service at this medical clinic. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was not Russian-speaking, which made communication difficult, and instead of trying to help or show any patience, she was dismissive and unprofessional. To make things worse, she hung up on me in the middle of the call.
