I have been going to Dr. Okraku for over 20 years and he is a very patient and informative dentist. He will take the time to help you understand any procedure that you need. Explain how you should brush and floss and recommend any other products that you should use, like dental picks. I highly recommend him to be anyone's dentist.
Poor patient communication skills My daughter is 2 and we were trying to get a dentist for her Dr Okraku was so impatient with my toddler and made a comment “Ok… this is not a daycare!”
I was going to this dental office from the time I was 2 years old. During 2023 I started orthodontic treatment. Dr Okaku talked down to me and was rude during consultation. I decideded to continue going to this office since my family has been loyal to his office for years. That was a massive mistake on my part. Had 4 wisdom teeth extraction, it was a 4 hour session but he rushed the process. During recovery, i had a horrible locked jaw and i was not able to open my mouth enough to eat mashed potatoes. I went to an osteopath to fix this and it was not easy. They never called or followed up after the appointment while this happened either. They only follow up with you when they make you book an appointment. Amateur place, theres definitely better.
