I have been going to Dr. Okraku for over 25 yrs. Always the best experience. My family has been going there as well, and we've never had issues. The best dental surgeon!
Had 4 wisdom teeth extraction, it was a 4 hour session but he rushed the process. I called their phone line for a whole week, they blocked my number. All I wanted was to ask questions. During recovery, i had a horrible locked jaw and i was not able to open my mouth enough to eat mashed potatoes. I went to an osteopath to fix this and it was not easy. I have been going to Dr. Okraku for over 20 years and he is a very patient and informative dentist. He will take the time to help you understand any procedure that you need. Explain how you should brush and floss and recommend any other products that you should use, like dental picks. I highly recommend him to be anyone's dentist.
Poor patient communication skills My daughter is 2 and we were trying to get a dentist for her Dr Okraku was so impatient with my toddler and made a comment “Ok… this is not a daycare!”
