I’ve been coming to this practice for a little over five years, and Dr. M was truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. I drove approximately three hours round trip just to be able to see him because of the level of care he provided. He had excellent bedside manner, was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cared about his patients. Dr. O Maduagwu in my point of view should not have been replaced. The doctor they gave me now if doctor pretty Patel one thing, he will not take your paperwork and set it on the side of the desk. He knows his patience. She doesn't know the patience and he was replaced by her. I've been waiting on a fax, and all it takes is a signature from her and it's been 2 weeks. And I'm still waiting.I need assistance.I need help and this is what I go through when the system replaces good doctors
