Stole over $1000 in rent money. Roach problems.
Great company to rent from! I have lived in my apartment on Cambridge for almost a year and am very happy living here and love calling it home. It's a small company with a property manager and two maintenance staff members which are all incredibly friendly and courteous. I lived at 521 briar and it is roach infested. I moved in and noticed it was filthy, I complained and offered to pay for a professional cleaner and asked to be reimbursed. I was told since I was a sublease they couldn’t do anything about the filth. A week later I saw the biggest roach. Thankfully I was able to break out of my lease but it definitely wouldve been a constant issue. Owners repair things fast when reported, no major issues with bugs, they do their best with keeping packages safe storing them in a separate office room. Only complaint was that moving in was a little rough with lack of parking for moving vehicle.
