Don’t lose your money ,they really only want your money, they are not interested in anything else, if you are late for a day because it was a holiday or something like that they blatantly charge you 150 dollars, oh but if you have any damage to your property THERE WILL NEVER BE someone to fix it, we have been here since we started the contract asking to fix a roof that was already there, we have called and sent emails and no one knows how to give solutions but they are quite punctual in reminding you of your monthly payments... read more
We are looking to move from out of state, and we were interested in an apartment listed by OkOmaha. The lady I spoke to wasn’t helpful at all, and didn’t give us any option to apply. Do not recommend
