Absolute shambles. That service department is a disgrace. Waited too long, no explanation. Insane pricing. Again not knowing what we’re actually paying for. No one knew how to look into things further, half of them wandering when my bill needed adjusted. Rude and unfriendly staff. Horrible staffing. Just sad that they have let it go down hill so far. I just purchased a new Toyota Land Cruiser at Okoboji Motor Co. I added the skid plate package with 3 components plus a few other items. Everything was installed in less than one day. Top notch service. ALSO, a big shout out to Levi Bannister, our salesman on this purchase. He found us exactly what we wanted and made the sale happen. We are happy with our trade-in value and our final sales price ( thousands less than MSRP sticker price).
