Okna's Moldy Defective Windows I have $10,000 in Okna windows and almost all of them have developed a mold in the inner seal and 3 of them had streaks on the inside seal. Their lifetime warranty is worthless. They came out to replace the 3 windows with inner streaks, brought the wrong order twice, fixed 2 of them, then claimed the other was fine. I have a picture of how unfine it is. The mold issue I was told I would have to pay $155 per window to have the inner seal cleaned. They blamed it on my living under trees and dust ... read more
Charles W I also am a partner in a window company that has dealt with OKNA for 3 1/2 years and have found them to be the best company of any company that I have had a business relationship with in my 32 years of purchasing home improvement products. I have yet to be disappointed in product quality and service that they have provided. great quality Okna is a very high quality window. my wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. we looked at a few other vinyl windows but all seemed to be flimsy and not durable. The Okna is solid and well engineered. Okna Window Review We had 22 Okna windows installed in November as well as a patio door. It's now March and we are extremely pleased. We waited a few months to review in order to accurately rate our new windows and see how they performed in very cold weather. The windows are very air tight and the windows withstood all the cold weather with no problem. Okna Windows no way! Did you watch the Fox News video? They inspected several windows at peoples homes and ALL of them had minimal insulation. How can you possibly think this is an isolated incident and that OKNA has a good qualtiy inspection process. I am currently reviewing vinyl and wood windows and OKNA was a real possiblity, but after this, there is no way I am risking this happening to me!
