Pésimo servicio. Me robaron el depósito del seguro. Me retuvieron 500 dolares con mi tarjeta de crédito y jamas lo devolvieron. Y lo peor no me responden los mensajes, están en línea y no tienen el mínimo respeto de responder. Son delincuentes! Tengan mucho cuidado. Ya hice todas las denuncias correspondientes. AVOID THIS COMPANY They got my attention with really good prices via internet but all failed at my arrival We landed around 1h before official timing in Miami airport from Madrid, so when following their instructions I call them it was really difficult to connect. Only after 5-6 calls somebody answered me telling I had to wait 1h because the car neither the agent was ready. Mala empresa, nos exigieron un depósito de 250 USD el cual nunca devolvieron y no responden ni por teléfono ni por email. NO recomiendo está empresa.
