I called your company today to have a technician come to my property to assist with a rodent inspection and I was treated very rudely by your receptionist who had issues understanding the annual plan I signed up for in Aug 2022 due to the lack of notes provided by your technician. they were inexperienced as to my needs.fee and quoted price was over double. the manager and everyone i spoke to about the issue were rude.the owner is always gone or not available.my yard was allegely treated for grubbs in less then 10 minutes and wanted $200.00 for service. i have tried several times to reach them and owner will not respond .employees said i was lying from getgo and everything i said did not happen. they have refused to follow up .i guess thats what i get for taking a phone number from their truck stopped ... read more

On June 25th 2019, Mr. ****** called to schedule a visit for a pest control estimate for the treatment of grub worms in his yard. He was not quoted a price as any yard application has to be priced by the technician after assessing the situation and the size of the yard. On June 28th, 2019, we sent a technician out to Mr. ******'s home to assess his situation and quote him a price to treat.
