I went to the Oklahoma Tax Commission’s downtown Tulsa office to resolve an issue with a missing tax payment check. After providing the representative with all the necessary information, he was very helpful in exploring how the check might have been misdirected. Although he found my tax return, there was no trace of the check. None. He advised me to stop payment on the check, which I did, and to use the OkTAP portal to pay the taxes due online, which I also did. If I can, I prefer to deal with issues face-to-face. Unfortunately, to call the given number is a failure. It does not, the recording device, is a shameful representative to the residents of Oklahoma State. I really ca not give it a "One Star" rating. A HUGE MISTAKE to assume there will be help by phone.
