This is the most corrupted place you can experience. This tax commission needs to be investigated as soon as possible. They will cheat your tax return if you let them.
Called early in the morning when they opened during tax season (end of march) and was able to talk to a real person in Oklahoma in just under an hour which to me isnt bad for the time of year i was calling. 2 years ago i also had to call because of a mistake i made and got through in less than an hour also. Both times the ladies i dealt with were very friendly and helpful and the process was not as scary or hard as i had made it in my mind which was a relief.
