Worst service I have ever experienced at a medical facility. You’re supposed to treat your patients as you would loved ones.
We were here at 915 it is 1010 still have not called us back. No one is able to tell us why they are running behind. It is helpful to let a patient know what to expect time frame. We were told entire procedure and appt would be 2-3 hours. We have not even been called back. We asked if they were behind and front desk dismissive. Not appropriate behavior for patient satisfaction!! Waiting room is tiny and hot!
