Charged me $25 for an appointment that I didn't schedule and didn't know about. After contacting them, they said they sent out a text - I never received a text. I looked in their app and all it shows is my original appointment from 15 months prior. So now i'm stuck with a bill for a missed appointment that i never agreed to and never knew about :/
