2/06/2021 Suspicious! I prepaid a deposit of $995 for 2 shower doors on 11-21-2020 after Mark viewed and quoted the job. Total bill was $1482 so I paid over 60% in advance. Quoted delivery 4-6 weeks. Today, 2-06-2021 still no doors. I can't get Mark on the phone, but he texts replies occasionally. Keeps giving the same excuse, waiting on parts. Let me first say, our custom shower glass looks great, but the experience has been a nightmare and still not over. First contacted mark in July 2020, he showed up that day, and gave us an bid, we agreed, made a down payment, and he ordered glass. He was back in a week and a half to install. Turns out, he had the wrong hinges for the door, and didn’t have the towel rack we requested. At least we were able to use the new shower though. Just splashed a little water out without a door.
