I received services in Feb 2020 paid up front in full. No bill was ever sent to me until November of 2021. I called to ask what the bill was for and never got call back. Get another bill in Dec i call again with no return call. Was sent to collections called again to ask why i owed this no return call. I finally get ahold of someone today 6/13/2022. For them to explain yes we know we had a billing problem, and we fired them and doing it our self but i still cant explain why you owe this other then i guess 1 1/2 years later y... read more
