Very rude and controversial people long wait and they discriminate against medical Marijuana patients just a complete waste of time
Dr. Boeckman and his staff are very nice. He takes his time to talk with you and understand what you are going through. He and his staff are very professional and I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. I would recommend OPI to anyone looking for a pain specialist.
I have been using Dr. Boeckman for years. The staff has been very helpful. I would recommend him. The only person that was rude is no longer there. The staff is friendly.
I put one star because i had to. Ive never been treated so rude and disrespected from a doctor . I went to Dr Beckman in Del city today My first visit and he was very rude, it was clearly racial discrimination .I've had 7 injections (back and knees) and they don't help me i just suffer more .He told me he don't give medications there even tho i talked to couple of his patients and they were waiting to get their meds. We have been trying to get some help for my family member and the woman of color at the front desk is extremely rude and will not even allow us to speak with Kathy the office manager. We have left messages and can not get anyone to return the call. This is no way to run a business.
