Husband was a patient for 6+ years here until the new physician Dr. Holeman came in. They had him on a regiment that was working and keeping his pain away, then they started not scheduling within time frame and he was going a day or two sometime without his medication being refilled. Started to treat him as an addict. He called them out on their mistakes several times, was treated as a hostile patient. They changed up his medication without providing clear justification on why. Rude office staff, esp office manager. I never saw the physician who writes my pain med orders. Poor communication, poor eye contact with a demeaning approach from the team. Uses pain med prescription as a weapon of power over patients. Absolutely Would not recommend.

It used to be a very stellar place. Drs. were so empathetic and so helpful. They no longer get it. I asked to be taken off a medication that was causing me to pass out on the job and they refused. I would think and Dr would be very concerned! Instead my Dr argued with me and refused to change it to something that didnt have this side affect. Also it took my Dr here 3 yrs to notice multiple fractures on my lumbar spine.

I just want to thank Mikala and Dr. Kelly for giving my cortisone injection yesterday! He is so gentle and caring which I appreciate so much; this morning I woke up with no pain and don’t need my walker at all! Thank you soooo very much!
