Zero stars. I took my 7-year-old son in yesterday for an ENT appointment after he’s had ear popping for over a month since flying, and the experience was awful from start to finish. Dr. Pillow had extremely poor bedside manner — barely looked at or listened to us. His only advice was to “just give a 7-year-old Afrin before and after flying and watch him so he doesn’t get addicted,” then told me to be responsible. Nancy, was both rude and unprofessional!! Every time I asked her a question she laughed and said she didn't know and I needed to call Tia. What a sad time we live in.
Dr. Pillow and Stephanie are great! Stephanie was very helpful in getting my documents to fast and help me get off for my tonsillectomy. Dr Pillow is great, he did my initial surgery and prescribed me new medicine after the first medicine made me throw up for a few days. I ended up having complications he discussed could happen about day 5 but he met me up at Mercy and got me fixed up again with little to no pain right now. He went out of his way to ensure i was okay and always listened to my problems! Thank you dr pillow!
I have seen Dr. Wood and Dr. Gilchrist. They are both very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Wood referred me to Dr. Gilchrist who found I had a deviated septum. He told me my options, and I decided to have a septoplasty. The surgery went great! I feel like I recovered within a week and only had to use painkillers for couple of days (Advil, Tylenol). My son usually sees Dr. Wood at his Hearts for Hearing location but this last time we saw him in the Edmond location because we wanted both appointments on the same day. No matter where my son is seen he always receives the best of care. Everyone is very kind, caring and respectful. I hope that we don't ever have to change doctors.
