Worse bedside manner I have ever seen. She did not even touch my knee, watch me walk - no exam!!! She did not discuss MRI results with me - I looked at results the following day when available to me and it shows “complex meniscus tear”. Do not waste your time seeing this doctor.
I went to see this doctor for a large lump on my shin under my left knee. It's approximately 4"Lx4.5"W. While being taken to the room the doctor gave me and my daughter a disgusted look I can only imagine the assumption going through her mind not knowing she was my daughter. When the doctor entered the room she was very angry and started to accost me about this lump being not there and just a figment of my imagination then maybe some bunched up nerves. I wanna start by saying that this office was so kind and amazing. The male nurse that checked us in was amazing and very nice. So this review is not about the office in whole but about the Dr herself. We drove over 2 hours for this visit for a cyst in my tibia. She walks in the room, sits down, and already starts filling out the checkout form. She looks me and says "Where do you hurt" i pointed and she said "eh that's not it that's normal just do those normal stretches your a girl so it's normal" Then tells us "You are fine ... read more
Dr. Smith repaired a fractured tibia, fibula and dislocated ankle. She has been nothing but the best. She has answered every question and been very patient dealing with FMLA paperwork for my workplace. Her office staff is the best. I have been told many times to call if I have any questions about anything. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Smith again, if needed. If you need the best orthopedic surgeon to take care of you, call on Dr. Smith.
Dr. Smith replaced my husbands hip joint two weeks ago! He is doing great after living in pain for years! Dr. Smith is a kind, considerate and attentive Dr. I will be seeing her soon for my knee! Please contact her if f you need an Orthopedic surgeon, you will be happy you did!!
