Seems they always over book..When I take mother In law her apt is like 10..She gets in 1045 n we leave at 1245.. It's like wow..Always lotta ppl there
The front desk staff don't know what they are doing, they called me to change my appointment time and then made me set in the waiting room for ever and I asked why it's taking so long to get me in they said well when your late for your appointment then you have to wait!!!!! I wasn't late!!!!!!!!!!!! And I had cataract surgery and my eye is still not right!
I liked Dr Chamberlain but always had very long office visits. Plan on being in their office at least 1 1/2-2 hours. This even includes routine follow up appointments.
The staff is very friendly. Dr. Ellen is very nice and takes the time to ask you if you have questions and if everything is going well. I had Yag procedure that went well. I'm seeing 2020 again in both eyes. I also had my cataract surgery through them.
Everyone was very professional, friendly, and informative. Each team member made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in very capable hands. Thank you OMEG!
