Jalen picked me up today in NY wheelchair from Inola. Ok & drove me to St Francis Hospital Main for Outpatient Surgery. He is not only a very good driver, but was very personable, but checked on & was concerned about my oxygen, temperature in the van, etc. When we returned to Inola Nursing Home, he wheeled me to my room & reconnected my oxygen to my Concentrator. He went the extra mile in every way! I will ask for him again.
On time, very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.
Michael McHenry is an outstanding representative and superb driver for Ok Med Connect LLC....Michael was exceptional with his care and artful attention....My sister is seriously disabled in an electric wheelchair!
