Ultimately late and unprofessional
I used this service on 9/27/24, Bryce was my driver. I didn't KNOW I had the appointment, he was patient and waited while I got ready and we rushed out the door!!! Very good driver. His map system told him to drop off at the wrong door at Tulsa Bone & Joint. Not a problem!!! He just pushed my wheelchair over to the correct clinic while his "shadow" for the day, moved the van. He was waiting for me when my appointment was finished. Very swift and professional!!!
