Excellent service! Excellent people! Highly recommend
This group has been a absolute pain to deal with. They supposedly set up automatic payment that never took out the next month causing a lack of cover and a ticket. Which both a no insurance ticket and laps in coverage both raise your rates tremendously. Now 6 months later I try and cancel cause I have found insurance so much more affordable and they are trying to make me come in to the office to sign documents. I have never deen so annoyed with a business ad I have this one.
Jovy and Russ and the folks at OIG are always friendly professional and available to answer questions. We have always received prompt service and competitive insurance pricing for our investment property.
