Great excellent customer service
Of the 3 experiences I've had with insurance brokers, Zach and Oklahoma Insurance Group were one of the two best. (The 3rd experience was awful). Both Zach and OIG were friendly, responsive and willing to help when my cell phone couldn't upload a necessary file. I was very impressed with them, which says a lot, and I don't dread hearing from them again when it's time to renew. How many people can say that?
I've had a fantastic experience working with Oklahoma Insurance Group the past few years since we moved to Oklahoma. I'm super glad I found these guys.
