Avoid this place; find another clinic that cares about their patients. I agree with the other bad reviews that they scam you out of your money. They closed their Norman office with zero notice to the patients. So if you are looking for a dependable, trustworthy provider, this is not it. This is a very unprofessional and unethical business.

My children see Dr.Purvine and she has been wonderful. She provided clear information regarding allergy testing, and was thorough when reviewing the results and possible treatments. Not only did she clearly explain the medication but she had many suggestions for helping to reduce their allergy flare ups including using air purifiers, changing the filter type we use, mattress covers and more. I've been a patient for 3 years and choosing OIAAI for my allergy shots is a decision I regret. You are treated as cattle here. This organization is just a cash grab, their goal being to process as many patients as possible. You will never see Amy Darter, only PA's at your appointments. She's essentially a figure head for the branches in OK.
