I highly recommend Oklahoma Palliative and Hospice for your hospice care needs. The staff are wonderful and they’re always going above and beyond for our residents. As an Assisted Living Director, my residents have received the best care. I can’t ask for better service.

Jenice, the bath aide, should be paid more than any of the nurses. Not to take away from Amber who was amazing, but Jenice gave my mother more comfort, reassurance, and attention than anyone. My mom was in the care of Oklahoma Hospice and Palliative Care for almost two years, her prognosis was six months. I live out of state and try to get down here as often as I could. All of the nurses and the aide we met for my sister-in-law in hospice care were extremely caring, kind and knowledgeable. They gave us some valuable words of wisdom that helped to understand the end stages of life and gave us some positive coping skills for ourselves. The time they spent with our family member was very short (only 4 days) but extremely valuable. I just want to ask that you not allow family members to administor medications such as morphine that can quicken the end of life. I have carried this guilt for 3 years because I was ask to administor this to my own mother and she was gone the next morning. Also suggest that a family member stay with the dying family and not leave them alone. If I had known I would have laid with my mom that night before.

0/5 stars DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They care nothing about the patient or family. Social worker was completely useless. Left family to have to figure things out ourselves. Won’t return phone calls. Instead of help their nurses advised me to take my family member to ER and make sure he has no way to get back into his house! They made our family feel like a burden and made a difficult situation so much worse! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANY HELP OR COMPASSION!!
