Picked up my bike from them today brand new 2020 gsxr 1000r and could be happier with the service I highly recommend them if your in the market for a new bike hit um up !!

**Strike 1** Purchased a bike on the 28th of may, I paid them $190 to freight/deliver my bike home which is 4-5 minutes down the street from them, 4 hours pass by and my bike isn’t home so I call them to see what’s the deal they said they forgot about it. I told them that’s it’s ok and if they can hurry up, remind you that I signed paper work saying I was gonna get this bike with 0 to 1 mile on it, I received it with 2.8 miles on it cause they drove it to my house. **strike 2** I called them at 6/5/20 and asked how much it w... read more

Honda, My Bike means more to me than the value you put on it.. I love working on my bike! ask anyone. I will ask for help if needed and thats exactly what I did with you when I had my F4I towed to you to change my ignition switch. You suggested works you didn't follow through and and the worst of all you had me in tears when you returned my Baby in pieces... when I told your service men I will pay any amount to get my bike fixed. you took those words and destroyed my Baby for what?! We came to shop for a bike - we are NOT spending any money here... first off their accessible door that I could get in was through their service shop, no access into the showroom. Their handicap spaces were taken up with their bikes and ATV’s. They lost a customer because we are a buying a bike just won’t be here!

Amber, I’m so sorry this happened. We were very busy today as we are on Saturdays in the summer with lots of Side By Sides and Bikes lined up outside of service as we do first come first serve lines Saturday only. Any other day of the week this would not have been the case. I’m sorry if no one showed you into the service department entrance, which through there is an accessible doorway right to the showroom within a few feet. I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to look for a helmet. The store was not busy, several employees past my husband and I without even a hello. I don’t like high pressure sales, but acknowledge me and offer help when I enter your store. Needless to say no customer service. I will not give a penny to this store. Only after I made a comment on being a ghost in the store did anyone even act like we had come in.
