Jane Allen took the time to help us find information on a previous order. A home had been built using products from their store and she took the time to find, and then send, the information to me. This made our remodel of the home so much easier. She took the extra time when she didn't have to, on a small order.
It was ok I was surprised the lumber was only a few dollars more than Lowe's or home Depot and said something to the workers at the desk. The old man got mad, raised his voice, and told me how offended he was by my statement. So if you like getting yelled at for somewhat complimenting someone's prices this is definitely the place to go.
