Great local company with real down-home leadership. You can feel the care from top to bottom. Very fortunate to work with such caring people! I would trust them taking care of my grandparents- which says a lot!
They lied about their star rating and how they obtained it. They educate their nurses how make a patient look low functioning and rate them high at discharge for better functional outcomes, regardless of patient status. Stevie there’s nothing you can do to make a path of care look good. Owners allowed poor management to run this business into the ground that required a change also require a name change because they’re double dipping and required a blanket umbrella name for their multiple services.
